Neuerungen

Saison 7 hatte wenige Neuerungen. Viel mehr standen die Dinge hinter dem Spiel im Vordergrund für das Programmiererteam (Jetty, D_Lex, Lex). Wer sich fragt, warum der in der vorherigen Saison so aktive Kuma nicht mehr Teil der Mannschaft war bekommt hier seine Antwort: Auszeit aufgrund von Differenzen mit dem Rat und notwendige Auszeit um andere Führungskräfte vortreten zu lassen. Mehr denn je wurde das erfolgreich realisiert. Ligenleiterfunktionalitäten wurden implementiert, die internationalen Wettbewerbe und die Pokale wurden automatisiert. Multiuser wurden härter verfolgt und gebannt.

Die EM wurde zum ersten Mal ausgespielt, im Gegensatz zur Realität mit 32 statt 16 Mannschaften.

Die Neuerungen von Saison 6 wurden überarbeitet und neue geplant.

Ereignisse

Während der 7. Saison verstarb unser guter Freund, Bruder und Manager GCZ. Mehr Informationen: hier. In seinen Ehren soll jede Saison beim BMO ein BMO WM-Edition Wettbewerb ausgetragen werden, der nach ihm benannt ist. Deswegen und ausschliesslich deswegen programmiert Kuma ab diesem Zeitpunkt wieder für den BMO. Um den BMO wachsen zu lassen und damit GCZs Arbeit für den BMO zu würdigen.

Nach entsprechender Würdigung GCZs wurde auch in Saison 7 der Wettbewerb zu ende geführt. Manchester United konnte wieder einmal die Meisterschaft für sich beanspruchen. Doch wie lange wird die Sonderstellung von ManU in England noch halten? In Spanien konnte Admin D-Lehm zum ersten Mal eine Meisterschaft feiern. Bayern wird zur dominierenden Macht in Deutschland, nachdem Jetty / Gamecruiser den Deutschen Rekordmeister übernommen hat und machte ihn damit auch beim BMO zum deutschen Rekordmeister. In Frankreich konnte Optimax Bordeaux zu altem Glanz verhelfen. Bordeaux, Lens und Lyon scheinen in Zukunft in Frankreich die Meisterschaft spannend zu machen.
