Historie
Der Verein wurde in Saison 5 in die damals neugegründete englische Championship aufgenommen und stieg bereits in Saison 6 ab. Nach einer langen Phase als Fahrstuhlmannschaft stieg West Ham United schließlich in Saison 17 erneut in die Championship auf und verbuchte erst in Saison 28 einen weiteren Abstieg unter Manager Voss. Der Abstieg erfolgte jedoch nur auf dem Papier, da es seit einer Ligenreform in England keine dritte Liga mehr gibt.
Mannschaften
Profiabteilung
Die Profiabteilung besteht seit Saison 5 und hat noch keine Erfolge vorzuweisen. Sie spielt in der Championship, gleichbedeutend mit der zweiten Profiliga.
Amateurabteilung
Die Amateurabteilung wurde zu Beginn von Saison 31 neu gegründet, nachdem sie einige Saisons zuvor abgeschafft wurde. Sie spielt zur Zeit in der englischen Amateur Challenge, gleichbedeutend mit der zweiten Amateurliga.
Jugendabteilung
Die Jugendabteilung besteht seit Saison 17 und konnte in Saison 27 mit dem Aufstieg in die Youth League A ihren einzigen Erfolg vorweisen. Mit dem Antritt von Manager Speedrocker wird neben England und Wales auch im westafrikanischen Sierra Leone gescoutet, so dass sich immer 5 Spieler des Landes im Kader befinden. Speedrocker bildet so über die Vereinsarbeit in England den Nachwuchs für die Nationalmannschaft Sierra Leones aus.
