Blau-Weiß Mainz ist eine deutsche BMO-Mannschaft, die in Saison 14 gegründet und in Saison 16 erstmals am Spielbetrieb, in der untersten deutschen Liga,der Oberliga, teilgenommen hat. Der erste Manager ist Kuma, der mit diesem Verein in besonderer Weise verbunden ist, da Blau-Weiß Mainz seinen Heimatverein SV Weisenau Mainz darstellt. Das Wappen von Blau-Weiß Mainz ist daher das Wappen des Mainzer Vororts Weisenau.
Zusätzlich zur Profiabteilung besitzt Mainz auch eine Jugendabteilung.

Vorhaben
Mainz soll ein Ausbildungsverein sein, der gute junge Spieler an große Vereine verkauft, wenn diese die Stärke 5 erreichen. Ziel ist es möglichst viel Geld zu erwirtschaften und gleichzeitig die Klasse zu halten.
