Seit Saisonbeginn Saison 36 hat Sparta Rotterdam einen neuen Manager. Wizards Ghost, vom Ligakonkurrenten Avenir Beggen gekommen wird ab sofort die Geschicke des Vereins leiten.

Seit Saison dabei, blieb der Verein bis zur Saison 21 eher unauffällig in der 2ten Liga, oder der unteren Tabellenhälfte der ersten. Doch mit Manager Phil-07, der in Saison 23 übernahm, kam die Wende zum besseren. Dem bislang letzten Abstieg in Saison 24 folgte eine Zweitligameisterschaft, die Plätze 6 und 7, danach die Vizemeisterschaft, und somit der Einstieg ins Internationale Geschäft. Saison 29 brachte den Wechsel zu Manager icebaby, und den beginn der goldenen Jahre für Sparta. Bis Saison 34 wurden jedesmal die Internationalen Plätze erreicht, darunter zwei Vizemeisterschaften – und in Saison 33 das große Ziel die Meisterschaft! Danach folgte ein nur einjähriges Engagement von Saphira, das Platz 4 brachte, zu beginn der Saison 36 Übernahm dann Wizards Ghost.
