Man kann pro Saison maximal 5 Spieler für die Jugendmannschaft scouten. Diese zu scoutenden Spieler sind stets 17 Jahre alt und besitzen die Stärke 1. Die Spieler können folgende Maximalstärken besitzen:
- Max-Stärke 6 (ca. 42% aller Spieler)
- Max-Stärke 8 (ca. 33% aller Spieler)
- Max-Stärke 9-12 (ca. 25% aller Spieler
Innerhalb der Max-Stärke 9-12 ist die Verteilung: 40% Stärke 9, 45% Stärke 10, 10% Stärke 11 und 5% Stärke 12, wobei die tatsächliche Max-Stärke nicht aufgedeckt wird.
Um die Kaderrestriktionen (mindestens 20 Spieler) in der Jugend zu erfüllen, kannst Du deinen Jugendkader bei Bedarf zusätzlich mit 21jährigen 1ern mit Maximalstärke 6 auffüllen. Diese Spieler erhalten ein symbolisches Gehalt von 1 Euro, fahren nicht mit in die Trainingslager und beenden ihre Karriere in jedem Fall am Saisonende.
Anmerkung:
Bis in Saison 12 war es noch möglich weitere Scouts auszuschicken. Mit der Einführung der Jugendkader in derselben Saison wurde diese Möglichkeit jedoch obsolet und in Saison 13 abgeschafft (Saison 12 war eine Übergangssaison in der beides möglich war).
Bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt gescoutete Spieler, die nicht verpflichtet wurden, sind aber weiterhin in der Liste zu finden, sofern sie die Altersgrenze nicht überschritten haben.
