Aktuelles
Seit Saisonbeginn Saison 20 hat der FC Forfar einen neuen Manager. Ray wird ab sofort die Geschicke des Vereins leiten.
Fanfreundschaft
Seit dem 01.01.2008 hat der FC Forfar Athletic eine Fanfreundschaft mit dem 1723 km entfernten französischen Traditionsverein Olympique Lyon.
Die Führer der Anhänger haben dies, nach langjähriger Sympathie füreinander, nun bekanntgegeben.
Angestoßen wurde dieses Ereignis durch die jeweiligen Manager der beiden Vereine,
Graf Zahl und Ray, die man auch schon mal in den Kneipen Forfars oder Lyons antreffen kann.
Beide Vereine freuen sich auf eine gemeinsame Zukunft unter dem neuen Slogan: "Geteiltes Leid ist halbes Leid"
Vereinsinfo
Die Vereinsgeschichte geht auf Saison 8 zurück, als der FC Forfar Athletic erstmals im BMO in Erscheinung trat. Der Verein startete in der Dritten Schottischen Liga und belegte bereits in der ersten Saison den 7.Platz. Iron war es dann auch, der den Verein bereits eine Saison später in die Zweite Schottische Liga führte und anschließend den Verein verließ. Luke Chandlor war aber ein Nachfolger, der die Fußstapfen von Iron mehr als ausfüllte. Er schaffte es direkt in der Dritten Saison der Vereinsgeschichte den Aufstieg in die First League. Auch er verließ den Verein direkt nach dem Aufstieg und Scot Parker übernahm die Geschicke des Vereins. Er sollte länger bleiben und die Erfolgsserie fortsetzen. Bereits in Saison 12 und 13 wurde er nach einer guten Saison 11 Meister in Schottland. FC Forfar Athletic hatte sich als Spitzenclub in Schottland etabliert. In den Saison 14-16 sprang noch eine Meisterschaft, eine Vizemeisterschaft und ein Vierter Platz heraus. Ab Saison 17 beerbete ihn dann SuperEagle, der ebenfalls in 3 Jahren eine Meisterschaft sowie zwei zweite Plätze errang. Ende der Saison 19 verließ SuperEagle den Verein Richtung Griechenland und überließ Ray die Verantwortung.

Den Gegner im Derby stellt die Mannschaft von FC St. Johnstone, der jedoch in der Saison 22 in die Second League abstieg.
