Pressearbeit ist eine Möglichkeit, für Deinen Verein Geld zu verdienen.
Grundsätzlich hast Du dabei zwei Möglichkeiten: Zeitungsartikel oder Statements zu schreiben.
Zeitung
Jeder BMO-Verband hat eine eigene Zeitung. Mittwoch abends erscheinen neue Ausgaben mit Artikeln von Managern aus Deinem Verband. Als Manager kannst Du auch selbst Zeitungsartikel schreiben. Dabei solltest Du auf zwei Dinge achten. Der Artikel muss einen Bezug zum BMO und am besten zu Deinem Verein haben und Du musst mindestens 50 Wörter pro Artikel schreiben.
Pro Wort in einem Zeitungsartikel erhältst Du 2.000 €. So kannst Du pro Saison bis zu 2.000.000 € verdienen. Die Anzahl der noch unbezahlten Worte kannst Du jederzeit unter Vereinsstatus einsehen.
Ergebnistabellen, Kaderinformationen, Transferübersichten, Ergebnislisten oder allgemein Texte aus dem Spiel dürfen nur als Anhang zu einem Artikel verwendet werden und zählen nicht als selbst geschriebene Wörter. Aus Gründen der juristischen Haftung sind Bilder und Links in der BMO-Zeitung nicht gestattet. Ferner dürfen Deine Artikel keine Beleidigungen oder Verleumdungen gegenüber anderen Managern oder rassistische Texte enthalten. Wiederholung von Artikeln oder das "Reinkopieren" von Artikeln ist nicht erlaubt.
Ob ein Artikel veröffentlicht wird, entscheidet der Zeitungsadministrator. Dieser behält sich ebenfalls das Recht vor, Artikel zu löschen, falls diese gegen Regeln verstoßen. Bei schweren Verstößen können Sanktionen folgen.
Das Zeitungsgeld erhältst Du wenige Tage nach der Veröffentlichung des Artikels.
Statements
Du kannst für Deinen Verein jede Woche ein Statement verfassen. Ein Statement darf 250 bis 500 Zeichen umfassen und muss einen klaren Bezug zum BMO haben. Es wird mit 200.000 € vergütet. Gleichzeitig wird allerdings die Anzahl der unbezahlten Zeitungswörter um 100 verringert, so dass pro Saison durch Pressearbeit (Statements und Zeitung) insgesamt maximal 2 Mio. € eingenommen werden können. Die Anzahl der noch unbezahlten Worte kannst Du jederzeit unter Vereinsstatus einsehen.
Anders als Zeitungsartikel werden Statements sofort veröffentlicht und erscheinen dann zufällig auf der Startseite. Es ist nur ein Statement pro Woche möglich. Deine Statements kannst Du jeweils bis spätestens Mittwoch, 20 Uhr, schreiben (Ausnahme: Am letzten TAT vor dem Saisonende kann ein Statement noch bis Saisonende geschrieben werden).
Die Vergütung für das Statement erhältst Du zeitnah im Anschluss an den Abgabetermin am Mittwoch.
