Die U21-Asienmeisterschaft wird alle zwei Jahre während des Saisonübergangs veranstaltet. Unter 8 Nationalmannschaften Asiens und Ozeaniens wird dabei der "U21-Asienmeister" ermittelt. Die jeweiligen Halbfinalisten sind für die folgende U21-Weltmeisterschaft qualifiziert.
